Hextronic UBEC from Hobbyking

Hate to say it but my brand new voltage regulator makes so much electrical noise that it will block the transmitter at 20 feet.
I am using only a Rhino 3 cell 610 and Hitec 322HD servos. It does it with 2 different receivers and crystals.
Transmitter is an Airtronics VG6000 that works flawlessly.
This is the 3rd bad product I have had from HK this year and I am beginning to lose faith.
