CLOUDS FLY (AXN) POWERED GLIDER

If you didn't have to build it then you can talk about it here.

Thanks for the reply guys.

I was thinking of angling the motor to counter the roll. At this point I am however at a total loss because it seems that no one has needed to do this.
I will bench test for interference as suggested to see if there are any issues when motor power is applied and will double check my TX settings.

I am going flying this weekend and will experiment a little bit. Will let you know what I find.

Barry,

What about posting some pics? There might be something that those of us who have had positive experiences with the AXN might be able to spot as being out of place on yours!

Did some flying today and found the problem with my AXN. The source of the problem was me and not the plane.

A bit of a CG adjustment took care of the porpoising, a little makes a lot of difference. The other thing I learned was to launch at 1/3 throttle not 3/4 as i was doing, no more wild launches. The roll issue is not as bad when the CG is right.

Thanks for the input.

Aaaaahhhhh........see..... another happy camper :D :D

Glad you sorted the issue yourself, full throttle with little air speed does tend to make the AXN do weeird stuff :o  8-)
