Frsky Tele module

I’m confused by the FrSky News Show of May 20 2011, that refers to the use of tele modules with non-tele Rx.

I have been using several V8 Rx with tele module so far without any trouble by following their instructions by having switch 1 off.

Now I’m concerned that my setup is not safe for all my models some 14 on this system.

Does the Frsky news mean that I must follow this procedure for each Rx I’m using/



What do they mean by zero ID.



Can you advise me, or should I switch back to a spare non-tele module
