I have just made the hot wire cutter in your video, but I cannot find a template for a flying wing anywhere. I'm looking for something in size for a spare Optima Motor i have. It is 2215-1050kv 105W D:28, L:30, Shaft:3.17

I also would need to know what size prop for the setup.

Well my own attempts at cutting profiles have turned out some pretty poor results but if I was going to try again I would choose one of these http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost ... ostcount=7 and a profile like this sipkill http://www.aerodesign.de/english/profil ... tm#sipkill and just take a wild stab at trying to size it to the motor. ;p
