Is possible to build the axn without glueing the wings on!

Yes but you will need to coat the carbon fibre joiner with a release agent such as wax polish when you glue the retaining section into the wing so that it isn't permanent.
You will have to devise a way to keep the wings in although the existing tight fit will help initially it will become looser with repeated assembly / disassembly.
