Wierd Problem im having with the turnigy 9x v2

I have a odd problem when i set up my pitch curves in norm flight mode it will like mix with the throttle hold. For example I set 25 35 50 75 100 and I switch on the throttle hold it will go full positive on the collective. The only way I can prevent it is by running a leaner curve 0 25 50 75 100. Any thoughts.

"THR / CV" = THROTTLE CURVE. set as 0,50,80,90,100. Leave both the idle up modes for the time being.
"PIT / CV" = PITCH CURVE. set as 40,45,50,75,100
"THR HOLD" = throttle hold. Turn this to "state: ACT" and have the "hod pos" at 000%. When you're flying, get into the habit of using throttle hold right up until the second you are about to take off, and likewise when you land.
