Frsky channel sequencing question

I'm learning more about radios and I see that Spektrum's DSM2 finds and selects 2 channels that appear to be currently unused. DSMX goes further and finds 23 channels and then psuedo-randomly sequences through them in an established shared order with the receiver. DSMX seems very robust for using many xmtr's at the same flying field. Frsky uses 80 channels, but my question is, how are they sequenced? If they go in direct sequential order, would it be possible for two transmitters to start the sequence at the same time and constantly step on each other 100% of the time (or until slight timing differences cause the channel selection sequence to drift apart from each other)?

According to FrSky, they hop on a sequence which is linked to the GUID so in theory, the hopping sequence ought to be different for each transmitter module.
