Hi All,
Anyone have an old single channel transmitter they don't want, the single button type from the 1960s like the OS Pixie that Bruce showed on youtube. Working or not preferably a metal case one.

I'm working on a project, and will gut the transmitter and convert it to 2.4 Ghz and fit a single channel emulator circuit that works with currant day RX and servos and works like the old single channel escapements.

Czn anyone help?

Good luck with that one! Over here in the cold and very very very wet UK  they are fetching silly money on the bay. You could buy a second hand 2.4gHz fuby 7 Tx for almost the same money. :o
Oh, by the way did I say it was very wet here.

I've Tried so many places and people I know to find an old transmitter, no luck. Now, I have resolved myself to using a project case from Jaycar Electronics, I'll customise the case either to make it look old or new, see how I feel when the parts arrive.

Will still keep an eye out for an original transmitter though.
