Turnigy 9X Enable Ch 5-8

I have a Turnigy 9X V2. Rx is CR8D. I can't get ch 5-8 to do anything. I have heard that you have to enable , activate , turn on. these channels. Can someone tell me how to do this.
Is there a basic setup manual for us that don't have the now how to feger out how to set this TX up.

I'm about half-way through my 9X manual and video series. It will cover these points (in both firmware revisions) so if you can wait a week or so I'll have all the answers for you.

In the mean time if there is someone that can tell me how to turn on Channels 5-8, I can continue with my build.
