Hi Guys.
This is my first post here and I must say that I have been reading the website and forums with interest. This is a great site!
Lots and lots of stuff that has been confusing me most of my RC time (about 28 years now) and have been afraid to ask has been explained.
So anyway ... I took a break from RC about 15 years ago and returned to it about 3 years ago at which time I got myself a JR 378 (second hand).
I have always only flown gliders and slope soarers as I find them relaxing and amazing graceful compared to power models. Oh I have also owned a heli for a short time, the less said about that the better .
Recently I have been flying out of a paddock near my house (Rotorua NZ) because it is accessible and has almost unlimited space to the North and West with houses and lake Rotorua to the south and East. I have however noticed some glitching some of which could have been disastrous for my model during a high speed pass.
Should I convert my JR378 to 2.4Ghz? I found a "how to" on another forum from somebody who installed a Corona transmitter in the back of his 378. But is it a good idea?

Edit: No that I am reading yet more I have also learned that shift to FHSS might be preferable while I am at it. Does anybody have any idea which module I could use with the same principle as the above?
