Have a question.
Want to eventually get a Futaba 12FG radio, but currently have a JR10X (13 + years old) with a SPektrum module.
Have had a few "issues" with the spektrum, enough to make me want to move away from it.
Have found in the U.K, a Robbe (Riomax rebadge it) module that is a FASST module suitable fo rmy JR 10x. This will let me keep my JR 10x a bit longer, as there is no resale value on it, and it works perfectly.
If I buy this module, and a couple of Rx's from the UK (good price), am I right to assune the 2.4 Ghzz system is universal right across the world?
i.e a 2.4 Ghz Futaba Rx I buy in the UK will work with a Futaba system bought in Australia?
The Robbe users manula only states that the only change needed on the module is if it used in France, so I am assuming I am right that all the 2.4 Ghz systems for each brand are not country specific?
This would also explain why the Orange (FrySky) FASST rx's can be sold all over the world?
Thanks
