Get an old computer power supply,and convert that.Plenty of instructions online.Cheap as chips.

The current crop of 4-button computerized chargers coming out of China are generally pretty good (except for the real budget models).

I use the Turnigy Accucel 6 and it charges lipos, LiFePO4, Nicad, NiMH and lead-acid with good balancing capabilities.

The cheaper "Eco" series from HK are not as good and I wouldn't recommend them though.

Ultimately it depends on how much power you need. The Accucel 6 is 60W with a 6A maximum charge current which is fine for packs up to about 4S 3300mAH or 3S 4400mAH. Anything larger will really merit a "gruntier" charger or the charge rates will be less than 1C and thus take longer.
