I wonder if this could be a new GUID problem?

After having followed the GUID discussions on this forum it makes me nervous.

Yes the test you show in the video indicates that the receivers are to blame.
A double check with the Futaba RX bound to the other transmitter would totally prove it.
Looks as though FrSky have got an issue that needs addressing asap better forward your link to them.
