That looks like the set that I have ordered from Foxtech.
Please be warned that the spec says 12V but if you look at the board it says 5V. From what I have read these work on 3.3V to 5V so don't get trying 12V or they will smoke!

Bruce was kind enough to make it so that I can separate the camera from the Tx and have the camera on my pan/tilt device, with the Tx at the aft of the fuselage.
