"Introducing RF Explorer"

If you've been building electronic bits or modifying stuff you've bought then tell us all about it here. A good place to discuss the installation of 2.4GHz DIY modules too.

"Introducing RF Explorer"

Something I've just bumped into on the net for the first time, so I thought I'd post this... looks very impressive for the money -

The USB analyzer Bruce obtained/reviewed has doubled in price... then if you want to cover 5.8Ghz it's another big jump in $$.

"RF Explorer is an affordable Handheld Spectrum Analyzer designed from scratch to be a sort of Swiss Army Knife for the specific needs of ISM band digital communication."

"a review in the professional T&M World" - http://www.tmworld.com/article/521074-C ... _good_.php

AND there's more! An up-coming "new wideband model covering 15 to 2700MHz". Now we're talking... continuous coverage!

You could put one of these in a model in gather mode... you'd have an ambulant sniffer! :D
