9x magic smoke, help please

Hi there. I have a woefull tale of Chinese soldering skills.
I decided to install the HK backlight kit in my NEW 9x. Oh woe, magic smoke came out.
On the backlight kits cable, the manufacturer managed to solder a short across 2 of the pins. Ive fixed that for them, but now the 9x beeps constantly (otherwise seems fine)

I need to know a replacement part no for the transistor next to the beeper, that transistor now has a hole it it (to let the majic smoke out I guess)
Can anyone give me the part no or equivalent of that transistor, see blury pic below

Thanks

Update, I found some partial scematics. But they arnt any help at all, this part isnt in the schematics
At worst I can disable the buzzer, I'd rather fix it though.
I guess Im really lucky(?) thats all that seems wrong (so far)
Cheers

For any 9x hardware issues go to the 9x Forums. There may be a wiki that can assist you or if not then ask away in the forums.

I'm currently researching there for my issue where I reversed the battery polarity on my 9x

All fixed. I found some info on the 9x forums & had a usuable transistor handy.
Been many a year since the transistor parts draw has seen light of day
