Need a camera for you tube

Hello,
Was wondering Bruce what camera you and others find best for you tube video taping? Something reasonable with remote focus. I've learned so much from your site(thank you). NZ people have been some of the best friends to me here in the US. Many thanks to that as well.

I've been using a 9-year-old Panasonic MX500 which has been a great camera but now it's showing its age (uses tape, only SD, etc) so I am also looking around for a new camera.

Right now I'm in the process of reviewing a new Sony HD camcorder with super steady-shot image stabilization and it is great, but it also has some downsides for filming RC models (that I'll be covering in the review).

Not sure about this camera yet -- I'll give it another week before I decide whether to keep it or send it back.
