I understand that HK is getting a lot of bad press recently due to extremely long processing times for orders.

What's your experience been?

I've had two orders take 5 days to pack, 3 days to arrive here in perth. Not bad I think considering their prices.

It's been quite awhile since I order things from HK but I wonder how it is now. They had some issue with their shipping since they move their warehouse but it's been quite sometime now. I'd be interested to now if they are back on track as b4.

Last order May 5 was shipped 6 days after I placed it. What's not to be forgotten is the Hongkong post. It can sit there for a week until it's processed. On top of that there was (and still are over Ireland / Scotland) the volcanic ash which put the air-traffic on he ground for a almost a week just recently.

I had great service and shipping. Most orders from Hong Kong get to Vancouver, BC Canada faster than orders from the USA!

Hi,
I just received my order (11 May 2010), order placed on 26 April 2010, they sent it on the 4th of May. That's not too shabby given that I live in remote Western Australia. The tracking through the EMS postal service is pretty useless though, I have the package in hands and according to the online tracking there is no package...

When it comes to tracking an EMS package, check the HongKong EMS site *and* your local post-office tracking site (Australia Post for you Flatstrap).

I often find that the local site is ahead of the HK one but sometimes it's the other way around. By checking both, you're far more likely to find out where the package *really* is at any given time.

I just placed an order over the weekend, May 9 and received an email on the 10th stating that it has shipped. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for my order to reach me here in California.

Yes, I see they're advertising 24hr processing times again so perhaps their demons are behind them (for the time being).

I may place an order to check it out.
