FPV BackPack questions

Hello,

I am (like most fpv fliers) an electronics enthusiast, and currently I'm trying to decide whether to buy the Immersion gear, or wait for your tutorial on how to build my own transmitters/receivers. The latter one being cheaper and more educational/fun.

I have seen the youtube videos on this subject, but they don't appear to hold all the answers (that, or I might have missed something).

So, what's the progress is on the FPV BackPack that is being designed?

What frequencies/bands will it be designed to operate on?

Will it be compatible with Immersion/Fatshark?
