No I couldn't decide what to use for his/her/its fingers R/C related.
The origin of this wot joke is supposed to be british radar operators in WWII the character was Mr Chad.
"Wot no Sugar" etc nosy neighbour.
Foo was a slightly different genre possibly dating to WWI.
