I haven't hit many people -- and most of them recovered from their injuries -- the rest were probably going to die anyway :-)

I was in a National Park last weekend, and their rules are:

"A person must not in a park: ... operate or use any ... vehicle, vessel or aircraft (including any model vehicle, vessel or aircraft) in a manner likely to interfere with or cause a nuisance to any person or animal"

So that's OK.
