I recently left my 3s 2200 plugged into my plane over night by accident, and i found this way to help get the battery back from being fully discharged, thought id share it with you guys here so you know
but also be warned the battery may not preform as well after getting it back so keep an eye on it

Connect your pack without the balance connector
Set the charger to nimh mode
Set the charge current to 200mah
Charge until the voltage reads at least 3.0v per cell (watch screen constantly) for example 6v for a 2cell 9v for a 3 etc
Stop charger and change mode to lipo
Connect the balance lead
Charge as you would normally

this worked for me tonight so I thought Id share it

That sounds great but are you ever going to trust that pack again?

For the sake of $7 to $20 is it worth the risk?

I am new to lipos but from what I have read makes me uneasy with batteries that have been discharged, shorted and so on. I'm going to be working on the adage, better safe than watching my plane or house burn!

I resurrected a Lipo transmitter pack that same way, it worked great and still works great 12 months later.

I'm Monitoring it for the next few Flights once its proved its self though ill trust it again, I'm just cycling it ATM doing 2 or 3 charges and discharges to see if it still goes the full cycle

I've done it a few times and got lucky, but the last time after the first charge one cell was practically dead and another showed 6.2V.. Straight on the concrete drive with that one...
