Corona CT8Z 2.4 GHz to Futaba FF6

Postby mandril » Thu Dec 30, 2010 9:52 am

Hi mates!!

I have bought a Corona CT8Z 2.4 GHz, and I need to install it on a Futaba FF6 (T6EXHP). The problem is that I don´t have absolutely anything (electric schemes, plans...), and I don´t know where to start.
Can somebody help me?.

Thank you very much.

Best regards, and happy New Year.

I have not modified a 6EX, but have done a couple of 6XAsupers. You can utilize the trainer switch as a source of the PPM signal, as it is routed there when it leaves the main board, or pick it up directly from the trainer port. If you need more information, I can post picks of one of my mods. Be sure that you have the transmitter in PPM (FM) mode before trying to bind your receiver. A digital multimeter will read approx. .5vdc on the PPM stream.
Landing is one aerobatic maneuver that MUST be perfected!
