Ergo do I set the Accu6 at 7.2v and 2600mAH or 7.2v and 1300mAH.

While I'm layed up I thought about putting together some Li-ion 2 cell packs ( for when my Turnigy 9X turns up), I have access to 20 used (light work) Samsung INR18650 13Q cells (3.6v 1300mAH, max dis 10A). I was setting the Acc6 to make sure these can be charged and came to the mAH setting and remembered I HAVE NO CLUE!!! when it comes to the magic of electricity.
