He set the video to private so Google can't pull it.
But, even though it is private, you can still take a look at the comments.

...He does have a point here though.
Quite insignificant, but in this particular case, had he left the watermark, I personally think he would have had the permission to use the video.
I wonder how the legal sides are.
Are crash compilations legally allowed under fair use..?
Do you have to ask everyone, is crediting in the end enough, how long can the clips be etc
