I just got my 1500mah 9.9v 1c life battery for my transmitter. can i full charge this battery and leave it in the transmitter sometimes for weeks is this safe?

The short answer is,yes,you can.And yes,it's safe,provided you don't leave the tx switched on.

Yes, the LiFePO4 packs don't seem to mind being stored fully charged. I've got one in my JR9303/9XII and it's often left fully charged for weeks without being used. No signs of any issues yet.
