Turnigy 9x radio suggestions

Thanks for taking the time to respond to all my questions. I will have to read up on the frsky. I did see Bruce make the change on the 9x. I was not aware that it could be done to the airtronics radio. I see that several people mentioned the 9xr. I will have to think about whether or not I will wait to buy. I wonder what the differences will be and how much the price will change.
