connecting FPV camera to OSD

Postby francoishaha » Sun Apr 15, 2012 1:41 am

I need help to connect my fpv camera to the eagle tree OSD pro.

My video Tx is powered with a 2s lipo. My question is if i cut the camera wire in 2 part, the camera part goes to OSD video in and the Tx part go to the OSD video out, will this work?

here a picture:

i wonder if i got to put voltage regulator between the camera and the OSD?
because my camera is 5v

I am not familiar with the EagleTree unit but I'll see if I can find out for you.

I just find out how to do it, but thanks Bruce.

The osd video and audio in are independent for powering so whatever the camera voltage, the power just loop back.
here what i find in the instruction manual: (the subject was about the video in and out of the osd)
"the Power pins are connected together internally in the OSD PRO, for your convenience"
