FR Sky V8 receivers

Problems, experiences or just something to say about RC gear? Say it here.

FR Sky V8 receivers

Postby S-rob » Sat Jul 28, 2012 9:24 am

Hi guys.
Hobbyking seem to be phasing out the V8 type receivers, 4ch not listed any more.
Is there anywhere else selling them ?? They are still listed on the FRSky webpage

Or, can anyone confirm if any of the telemetry rx's can be made compatable ??
Cheers

This be what you are looking for:

I have not used Aloft myself (lack of funds) but they come highly recommended by other forum users.

It would seem the 4ch.rx's are being replaced by the mk2 version.HK always seems a bit slow with the newer iterations of Frsky gear. They also don't seem to buy in that many of any particular item.Victims of their own success? That said,Aloft is OS too at the mo.

I haven't tried out the new model as yet but loving the older version which is great for FPV
