Naze32 and Frsky X8R

Hello, I am a new member here but I have been watching Bruce online for quite some time. I recently switched over from a Phantom Quad to the Blackout Mini H. I bought the Taranis radio with the X8R combo and I am kind of confused.

How do you wire up the X8R to the Naze32? Will Telemetry work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
