I've just fixed a wee problem I've found with my Turnigy 9X. I was wondering why the aileron channel wouldn't centre properly each time. Go one way, it'll centre, go the other and it'll be slightly out. I opened her up and the board the pot is on was rocking with corresponding stick movements. A quick drop of glue saw the end to that problem.
I received it with a rattle too, which turned out to be one of the bolts which holds the antenna board to the unit. Haha, not ideal, but easy fix.
It seems the best thing to do with these things out of the box is crack it open and give it a good going over inside.
I'm also planning on installing a small switch of some variety, so I can turn that horrible speaker off for when I'm browsing the menus and doing programming.
