USING FRSKY AIR DIY module for cars

Hi.

I just bought a whole lot of FRSKY STUFF for my 9X.

Now I would like to convert my surface radio. Can I use the AIR/HELI stuff for cars?

Yep. The ground-range of the FrSky stuff is well over 1Km so you shouldn't have any problems at all.

I have Frsky hack module + 8 ch rx-HV but found it does not work with Sanwa M11 pistol radio. The same module was tested with E-sky air tx (8ch) & was working great. Anybody out there has a good luck on hacking pistol radio so far?

I suspect that some of the pistol-grip radios may use different pulse timings (frame rate) and that could pose problems with some brands of DIY system.

What is the frame rate required to work with the frsky modules? I just ordered a hack and was going to put in an airtronics mx-3fg surface tx. I also have spektrum dx3 with adjustable frame rate. hopping it all works out
