KST/Kingmax T810PCM 1024 2.4GHz

Postby TG72 » Mon Sep 27, 2010 4:48 am

:?:Has anyone used this system? I would like to know where this rates on the 2.4GHz list. It would be nice to be able to use the FS-CT9B (flysky module)in this radio if it would be compatable, since it has gotten very good reviews. Don't really care for the extra telescoping antennas on some of the radios out there. Thanks for any input.

Hi Baner, yes sir thats it. It looks like a nice system for the price, especially if it is worthy of being in a league with the better 2.4ghz systems out there. I sure am curious to find out. Wish they would send one to Bruce to test for us. Hopefully in the near future. *PS There is another one, although much more expensive and claiming an 85-model memory and (4096 screen resolution) is a (WFLY) WFT09S 9 channel radio set super edition. I came across it on www.himodel.com

Hi TG72 I always try to buy direct

WFLY_WFT09S_2_4GHz_9_Channels_Radio Transmitter
I would not bother WFLY receiver and module pop in the back the FrSky DFT Two-way receiver and module and you got technology to.

FrSky DFT Two-way Compatible with the following transmitters:
Futaba: 3PM, 3PK, 7U, 8U, 8J, 9C, 9Z, 10C, FN series, T10C, FC-18, FC-28.
Hitec: Optic 6, Eclipse 7, Prism 7.
WFLY: WFT09, WFT08.

Remember they are not selling Shed lods so they will sell 1or10 whatever, I have been buying from China and Hong Kong for years and 95% of them have PayPal accounts so if you're not happy you can stop the payment and resolve the problem.

WFly sent me their 2.4GHz module/receivers for review (on the website) but I've not been offered their 9 channel radio -- which is a shame because it has some impressive specifications (4096-resolution for instance).

The Kingmax also looks *very* interesting.

It's worth remembering that if you guys see something you want reviewed, you can always drop an email to the supplier/manufacturer and suggest they contact me to organize such a review. ;-)

Hi again Baner, thanks for the tip. I always try to buy direct also. I've purchased a few things from HobbyKing and never had a problem thus far. And your correct, paypal is only way to go for peace of mind. :)

I checked out the Kingmax Tx and like you it looked interesting.
I managed to contact them via email and to my shock a week or so later I got a response!
It may not make us happy but the fitted modules are not interchangeable with anyone else's

They are like Turnigy and the 9x, they are so close to producing what we all want to buy but they are not quite there yet.

IT makes me smile..

the Chinese reverse engineer the big brands gear we find out the problems and reverse engineer the glitches.

Just imagine what they will be like if they actually discover the term "Customer Focus"
