I have placed over 20 orders to DX, so far I have received one wrong item, and one faulty item.
The wrong item was quite understandable, the correct item number was, lets say "10023", and the item I got was "10032".
The faulty item was a Mystery 900mAh LiPo, when plugged to my charger, the charger would blink "Battery Error"
Wrong item I didn't even report, it was more expensive and actually something I had use for
The faulty Lipo was fixed with a 30sec video from my phone of the charger blinking battery error and another battery working, and a simple
"Does not accept charge; charger indicates broken battery.
The second mystery battery works fine."
I sent the claim at "4/27/2010 5:24:02 AM HKT (UTC+8)", and at "4/27/2010 2:33:59 PM HKT (UTC+8)" I got this:
Dear John,
A free replacement unit07621 has been processed for you and you will receive a notification email once we get it shipped. For the defective unit, please keep it and try to find a use to it.
You can track the replacement using your existing order number.

New battery arrived, free of charge, and no unneeded fuzz.
It does take at least two weeks for the shipment to come from China to Finland, but hey, its free, can't complain.
And my customer rep is said to be pretty cute ;D
