I'd like to request a review for 12g HENGE servo's, I've heard good things. They would make a good digital, metal gear, ball bearing upgrade to the HXT900's. I'll buy a few next week and let you know how they go.
The HK-933 and HK-922 appear to be a rebranded henge 933 and 922. Be interesting to put them side by side on bruce's test bench, but the spec's listed are the same.
I have used HXT900's and HXT500's for a while now, they are incredibly good for the price. Smooth, accurate and Never had one fail or DOA and if it did, they're inexpensive enough to throw away.
Only problem I have found is that the spline gets a little play in both types after many hard flights or a few knocks to the control surfaces, (especially the 500's), which is to be expected as they have no bearing, only a bushing.
After 60 3D flights in a scratch built Extra300, (900g AUW, 43") I have found a tiny bit of play in 3 of the 4 HXT900s. I should probably be using a 12g metal gear for this application as it wears out the HXT900's pretty quick. But they stood up to the punishment and are still quite flyable. Flew them yesterday. And I certainly got my $3 worth from each one!
