At 5C, 700mAh would be equal to 3.5Ah or 3500mAh. Granted you will not have that much power for as long as you would at 700mA, but you have enough to power all the servos to full torque for a small amount of time. This rating is the constant amperage rating, and this battery is capable of twice that amount in surge conditions. I have flown with 500mAh packs for years without a problem, but am using higher draw servos now, and require better battery systems. This battery is designed and marketed for transmitters (that use 4 AA cells) which will draw less current than a flight pack, and should offer the same, if not better results.
I have been using 1100mAh A123 LiFePo4 receiver packs for a couple of months, and am very impressed with the amount of time between charges. I can usually fly about 45 minutes each day for a total of 4 to 5 days (over a period of several weeks) before I have to charge my packs. This is a big change from using NiCd or NiMh packs that must be charged before each flying session.
Landing is one aerobatic maneuver that MUST be perfected!
