I stumbled across these guys http://www.hobbyhot.com/ looking for a KV/RPM meter. They're based in china and have stuff at pretty good prices so I purchased a kv meter. Service was good, and it arrived about 1.5 weeks later to OZ which I thought was reasonable using just registered mail. I've since bought ESC's, Servos and bits n pieces from there and all arrived fairly quickly and in good shape so I'd be happy to recommend them. They also have an ebay store and use PAYPAL and when you buy something from them they put a sticker with a code on each product which lets you use it for either a discount on next purchase or to win prizes in a comp or something similar on their site. I can't remember exactly as I keep forgetting to use the code when I get it  :D
