Simulatiing a Tx using ePee?

If you've been building electronic bits or modifying stuff you've bought then tell us all about it here. A good place to discuss the installation of 2.4GHz DIY modules too.

Simulatiing a Tx using ePee?

Postby Sid Sideslip » Wed Jul 27, 2011 8:15 am

While I wait for my 9x and smartyparts kit to arrive I'd like to fool around setting up models with ePee and er9x FM. But am not sure how to get it going, the relevant section on the project site is a bit sparse with info on that. Anyone tried this or know how it's done?

(Sorry about the bad image, IrfanView made a mess of converting it. Original image and text here http://code.google.com/p/eepe/)

"Simulates ER9x Tx

You can "test drive" the er9x FW without even having a tx.
Program your models and try them out on your computer.

Ah ha! Simple when someone shows you how. I thought you had to load an existing model file to have a template, rather than just click an icon.

So, herp derp at me.

Thanks for the video link, I'm happily fooling around with it now. :D
