Hobby King Kinetics 800 Simply Payload Release Mod - Nerf

I modified my son's Kinetics 800 so the rudder servo was re-routed to Payload Release so as he could drop Nerf Darts (toy bombs etc). Surprisingly it works really well and make for a lot of fun. I don't think he has landed and taken off so many times in one session.

The little bugger wants to drop every thing from it. In fact he didn't want to come home once we started flying

Great fun... I'm building a YC-14 cargo plane from http://www.mikeysrc.com/ but instead of the little bomb bay I'm fitting a cargo door to drop parachutists...

That sounds great be sure to post a video. I can't believe how much fun we had with the bomb drops! I honestly felt like a kid
