I'm slightly reluctant to bag this guy, Jeffery, as over the phone he seems pretty nice, but it has taken over 3 months for my X450 to arrive and a warning to other potential customers seems necessary.
I ordered an X450 back at the end of May. All the parts were out of stock and while the whole copter didn't have a stock level it didn't say out of stock either so I thought it was a safe bet, wrong!
Jeffery seems to wait until he has a few orders to fill then order a bulk shipment from the factory. So a bit over a month and a few ignored emails later, I called him to complain and was offered a "free upgrade" to an X450 Pro for the X450 price. I found later that they are both the same price anyway.
Silly me accepted the offer only to realize after a couple of weeks that now I had to wait again for the X450 Pro to be shipped from the factory. It finally arrived a few weeks ago and was sent to me via USPS with a tracking number that stops being updated a soon as the package leave the US.
To date Jeffery has never responded to any of my emails, I have only received automated emails from paypal and one that look like a virus has raided his outlook address book. He does answer the phone, but also goes away for 3-4 day trips and never returns calls left on his answering machine.
Hopefully my X450 will turn up this week or next. I ordered some spares from http://www.cnchelicopter.com a week after the copter was shipped, which were dispatched within 24 hours, so I'm interested which will turn up first.
Edit: I must be psychic, the spares from cnc arrived today, lol.
