Long distance jet engine

Does anyone know how to build an rc plane(with camera) that would be the same length as a motorbike and have a Jet engine that could travel 100KM and visit pre-programmed GPS co-ordinates without crashing into other rc planes or mountains?

Not sure what country you are in Ryan but if you chucked something like that into the sky it will probably be shot down and the pilot arrested under emergency orders.
